Cleaning Instruction: You can easily remove the outer cover of your Samadhi' meditation cushion and wash it in the machine at 30°C in a hand wash program without using bleach. You can hang it to dry, reshape it while it is damp and iron it at medium temperature. We do not recommend washing the padded inner cover, which should not get wet.
'Samadhi' meditation cushion is made of 100% linen and cotton. It is washable thanks to its zippered cover and has its own fabric carrying belt for ease of carrying. The inside is filled with the shell of buckwheat seeds. Thanks to this filling, it is an important aid in your 'Samadhi', meditation sitting and many yoga poses.
- Why buckwheat groats?
- The buckwheat husk filling in the meditation sitting Samadhi helps you find an upright spine by taking the shape of your sitting surface. Thus, it allows you to sit comfortably for long periods of time.
